Let us tailor a program for your specific needs!. Send a note to FSS if you would like us to create something for you.
Some of the possibilities:

- Introduction to Soccer
- Individual Tactical Skills
- Group Tactical Skills
- Team Training
- Team Evaluation
- Coach Training
- Parent Clinics
Working with a small group of players, FSS coaches introduce and demonstrate dribbling, passing and receiving, shooting and more. Through fun and educational skill games players sharpen basic technical skills.
In a group setting and building on fundamental skills, FSS coaches provide specialized, refined technical training which take the basics to the next level.
FSS coaches steer the enthusiasm and energy of players new to the game of soccer in a comfortable, fun way. Skill games keep players moving, touching the soccer ball, and using different surfaces of the body to move the ball around.
As technical skill improves and awareness of "strategy" increases, FSS coaches explore tactical issues with players. Channeling and containment on defense and attack dribbling on offense are examples.
Complementing individual tactical skills, FSS coaches work with groups to defend and attack strategically. Combining their own team's strengths with the use of queues from the opponent, players develop systematic methods to make the most of group situations.
In a single session or in multiple sessions, FSS staff work with a team and its coach on specific areas that complement ongoing team training. The team coach is presented with a copy of the progression of activities used in the FSS session. We can introduce new ideas to the team and/or reinforce concepts already introduced by the team coach.
If you are not sure of your team's training needs, FSS coaches will evaluate your team and work with a team coach to create a training program to address specific needs. Feedback on individual players could be provided.
The education of a coach is a continuous process. FSS works with individual coaches or groups of coaches in an organization to model a successful training session. Whether at a pre-season meeting, an off-season session, or an in-season refresher clinic, FSS will customize a program to assist coaches with practical techniques and advice.
Even as soccer continues to become more prevalent many adults are new to the game. FSS introduces soccer -- its basic skills and rules -- to parents in a relaxed environment. With parents more comfortable with the game, their children are beneficiaries as home-based training is critical for improvement.
